If you want to add it to your collection, the End of Days: 25th Anniversary Edition 4K Blu-rayn arrived earlier this month, and is currently discounted to just $29 (was $40), which is the lowest price we've seen for the special edition 4K Blu-ray so far. The new End of Days: 25th Anniversary Edition 4K Blu-ray includes both 4K UHD and standard Blu-ray versions of the film, with support for Dolby Vision HDR and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 Surround, plus a bunch of special features. The new 4K cut was created using scan from the original camera negative, and was approved by the film's director, Peter Hyams. It's packaged in an exclusive slipcover. Tons of bonus features are available, so even if you've seen the film a thousand times, there's a bunch of new content for you to explore. You'll also find the End of Days Blu-ray on Amazon for just $8.29, though it lacks some of the new bonus features found on the 4K Blu-ray (and it obviously won't look quite as crisp on modern displays). End of Days follows a former NYC detective, Jericho Cane (Schwarzenegger) and his best friend Bobby Chicago (Kevin Pollak) who are hired as security guards for a mysterious private banker. Cane and Chicago fend off an assassination attempt on the banker, only to find themselves entangled in a mystical conspiracy between the forces of heaven and hell. What follows is a wild mash-up of supernatural thrills and the iconic action Schwarzenegger is known for. Plenty of other Schwarzenegger films have been released on 4K Blu-ray.
