Godzilla: The Showa-Era Films is a stylish collection of classic Godzilla movies on Blu-ray, and it's a bargain ahead of Black Friday.
Godzilla: The Showa-Era 15-Film Box Set (Criterion Collection)
Godzilla fans can save big on multiple Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray releases in the Criterion Collection catalog. Most notably, Godzilla: The Showa-Era Films, 1954-1975 is on sale for $112.48 (was $225) at Amazon. This gorgeous collection of 15 classic Godzilla movies routinely sells out during the Criterion Collection half-off sale at Amazon, so fans should snag it while they can.
The Showa-Era collection includes the first Godzilla movie on Blu-ray, but if you want to watch it in 4K UHD resolution, Godzilla (1954) is available on 4K Blu-ray for $25 (was $50). Criterion released the standalone edition last holiday season. The Criterion Collection also features a 1989 Godzilla movie that isn't part of the Showa Era. Godzilla vs. Biollante, one of the zaniest films in the franchise, released in March and is on sale for 50% off on 4K and standard Blu-ray.
This eye-catching collection includes 15 Godzilla movies in total, all featuring Big Green during a period of time that was weird, imaginative, and action-packed. The films are new HD transfers, include both English and Japanese language tracks, archival interviews, and more bonus materials. Additionally, it comes with a deluxe hardcover book and colorful art on its deluxe packaging, making for a very nice bundle overall. Here's the full list of Godzilla movies included:

Shin Godzilla released on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray on October 28. Chronologically, it's the first film in Godzilla's Reiwa era.

Godzilla Minus One, one of the very best films in the franchise and the newest film in the Reiwa era, is available for only $15.53 on Blu-ray and $23.60 on 4K Blu-ray. Fans can also snag Godzilla Double Features from the Heisei and Millennium eras on Blu-ray for around $12 each. Hollywood's recent blockbuster MonsterVerse series received a new 4K Blu-ray box set earlier this year for $70.

You can get Godzilla movie box sets and the animated series on DVD for cheap. The seven-film Godzilla Mega Set is only $26 (was $39) and Godzilla: The Complete Animated Series is just $10 (was $20). The MonsterVerse Collection is $25 on DVD--just five bucks per movie.
On the comic book side of the franchise, fans should check out the ongoing IDW Library Collection. Godzilla's comic book series is written and illustrated by some of the top talent in the industry, and these chunky paperback collections are affordably priced. Four volumes have been published so far, with a fifth scheduled to hit stores on November 18.
