Baldur's Gate 3 was the kind of game that could take hours to get started, thanks in part to a rich character customization suite that allowed players to fine-tune everything from their race to several minute details. For the upcoming Divinity, developer Larian Studios says that players can expect "even better" options for fine-tuning their character when the game eventually launches. You can expect co-op play when the RPG launches, and in response to the backlash about the use of generative AI, studio CEO Swen Vincke confirmed that Divinity won't feature "any GenAI art."
