This 12-inch tall Sonic action figure can strike a pose and talk your ear off. Sonic the Hedgehog 3: Sonic Ultimate Talking Action Figure Sonic the Hedgehog has always been chatty, and that's especially true of the recent Sonic the Hedgehog live-action movies--so much so that there's even an official electronic talking Sonic action figure based on the third movie. If that sounds like something you'd like to add to your collection, you're in luck. As part of Walmart's early Black Friday deals, the retail chain has dropped the price of the talking Sonic action figure to $20 (was $50). Based on the feature film incarnation of the character--specifically, Sonic the Hedgehog 3--this Sonic toy stands 12 inches tall and has 15 points of articulation. Sculpted to resemble the live-action design of the speedster, you can press Sonic's hands and sneakers to activate more than 30 quotes and sound effects, pulled straight from the movie. The figure also has light-up eyes and quills that can be activated by pushing its chest. This isn't the only deal that Walmart has on the Sega mascot, as you can also pick up the Blu-ray edition of Sonic Prime: The Complete Series for $24. This Blu-ray launched just a few months ago for $50, so this is a big discount. It includes all 23 episodes from the Netflix animated series, spread across three seasons, and comes with a colorful cardboard sleeve, a transparent sleeve, and a steelbook case featuring custom artwork on the front, back, and interior. Aimed at younger members of the family, the series follows Sonic after he accidentally puts the entire multiverse in peril, forcing him to team up with new and strange versions of his allies to help repair reality. The Blu-ray is also available through Amazon, but it's slightly more expensive. Written by longtime Sonic the Hedgehog writer Ian Flynn, DC X Sonic sees the Emerald Hill gang team up with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the Justice League to take on Darkseid and prevent the New God from gaining ultimate power. All five issues from the mini-series are included in the trade paperback, which is on sale for $16.73 (was $18).
