Here's who is playing Lara Croft in the upcoming Tomb Raider games. The new Tomb Raider games announced at The Game Awards, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and Tomb Raider: Catalyst, will feature the voice of Alix Wilton Regan as Lara Croft. This is a change from the latest trilogy--Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider--which featured Camilla Luddington voicing and performing the motion-capture for Croft. She also played Aya in Assassin's Creed Origins. Legacy of Atlantis is a remake of the original Tomb Raider game featuring "modern visuals, updated gameplay design, and expanded storytelling." Catalyst, meanwhile, is a brand-new entry in the series, developed using the Unreal Engine 5, and claiming to be the "most expansive entry yet." Legacy of Atlantis is set for release in 2026, with Catalyst coming in 2027. Both games are coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. There is no word yet on Switch 2. Outside of the world of video games, Prime Video is making a new live-action Tomb Raider TV show starring Sophie Turner as Lara Croft and Sigourney Weaver as Wallace.
