Protect your Switch 2 console with one of these stylish carrying cases from Numbskull. Numbskull Switch 2 Carrying Cases The Switch 2 has been out for several months, and like its predecessor, the hybrid console can be played at home or while on the go. Naturally, if you're taking it our of the house in portable mode, you'll want to protect your Switch 2--and luckily you can do just that with Numbskull's Switch 2 carrying cases. The company has several new models launching in November, each themed after a popular franchise. But unlike most Switch 2 cases inspired by Nintendo's properties, Numbskull's new lineup features designs and characters from throughout pop culture, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Superman, Wicked, Fortnite, and more. Along with unique looks, each case features a protective clamshell form factor that supports both the Switch and Switch 2 consoles with hardshell exteriors, EVA foam inserts, interior mesh pockets that can hold up to 10 Switch cartridges and accessories, and a rubber handle. Numbskull's new Switch 2 carrying cases launch in November for $20 each--here's a closer look at all the options available. For something more heavy-duty, there's also the Turtle Beach PlayTrek 2-in-1 Case. This is more expensive at $50, but it also offers a substantial amount of extra storage space within a durable case that's manufactured to hold your entire Switch 2 setup. Not only can it fit the console inside of it, but there's also space for the Switch 2 dock, games, AC adapter, Joy-Con controllers, and a wireless controller. The case has interior pads and pouches to keep everything secure while you move about, as well as an adjustable shoulder strap and small carrying handle for an extra layer of versatility. The Turtle Beach PlayTrek Travel Case is a slimmer option that offers enough space to cart a Switch 2 console--or a Switch OLED Model or the original Switch--around, and it has a padded screen flap, zippered pouch, and space for several game cards. Two of the case options feature lenticular images of Donkey Kong or Mario and are priced at $30 each, while the $25 versions come in Charcoal Black and White. You can also pick up a slim case for $20, and while it keeps things simple with its black design, it also has two molded numbs that allow the Switch 2 Joy-Con thumbsticks to sit more securely inside the case. Our other recommended options here would be the popular Tomtoc Slim Carrying Case--currently on sale for $27.74 (was $37)--the eye-catching cases from RDS Industries like the big Game Traveler Deluxe System Case and the Deluxe Vertical Crossbody Bag, or the officially licensed PowerA cases. Just in time for several upcoming Switch 2 exclusives, the company has rolled out a Metroid 4 Slim Case and a Pikachu Storm Slim Case.
