Here's how to complete Paving the Way in Arc Raiders. If you've come across the Paving the Way quest in Arc Raiders, you're likely looking for an ENELICA building or wondering where to find some research notes. You've come to the right place, as we've got each step of Paving the Way listed out for you below. Just be aware that this quest requires you to visit two separate maps, so it's going to take a bit of time and effort to wrap it up. You'll want to try to extract from each map when you've completed the necessary steps there, but rest assured that dying won't reset your progress. As such, we'd recommend you not bring in all of your best gear, as there are likely to be a lot of folks around questing, too, and you don't want to risk losing anything valuable. When you're ready to complete Paving the Way, follow the steps below. While there are various ENELICA buildings to be found, the easiest to find and access is the Dam Battlegrounds map's Water Treatment Center. It's close to an extraction point, making it a fast spot to hit and then get back to Speranza. Better yet, it's also where you'll need to go if you're working on the A Toxic Trail quest, making for an efficient visit. When you reach the Water Treatment Center, you'll have one more step to complete before you can extract. When you arrive at the Water Treatment Center, approach from the south to find the main entrance. Right outside the door is a notice board. Interact with this notice board to receive the note from the researcher. You can now extract at the Water Treatment Elevator right behind you, as you'll need to head to Buried City next. Head to the Buried City map next. You'll need to head to the dual apartment buildings at the Piazza Roma POI, which can be found around the middle of the map. We've marked the location below. When you arrive at the apartments, you'll find that there are multiple ways to enter. For the sake of this guide, though, we recommend heading in via the front entrance of the southern building. This entrance is located just above the metro entrance. Once inside, head all the way upstairs for the final part of this quest. At the top of the stairs, wrap around to the back room of this apartment to find a giant set of monitors against a wall. Here, you can interact with a prompt to find the research data you're after. When that's wrapped up, you're free to extract at the metro directly below this apartment complex. Be careful down there, though, as some mean raiders like to hide out and shoot folks who are trying to leave. So, check your corners, call in the train, and enjoy the ride back to Speranza.
