Arc Raiders karma doesn't get any sweeter than this: extract camper gets a spoonful of justice from bots, accidentally saves his would-be victim, and misses his own extraction

Sometimes karma does all the work for you. In an incredible round-closing encounter, an Arc Raiders player who was camping by an extraction point has their plans foiled by a roving drone, turning their arrogance into hubris in short order.
In the clip, you can see one player setting up an extraction to leave the map with all the treasure they've acquired, when suddenly they start getting shot from behind. See, another raider was waiting for someone to arrive and start the extraction process, letting them swoop in for what seems like an easy kill and some loot.
But it didn't quite go down like that. After the second raider downs the first, a nearby drone opens fire, pushing them away from the extraction console and out of the safe zone as the shutters rise. Not only are they now getting pelted, but they have also saved the first raider from being the main target.

They wind up locked out of extraction. The original raider, now downed and crawling around, manages to get back to Speranza safe and sound. With any self-awareness, the camper learned a lesson about such maneuvers and will now play using less underhanded strategies. Of course, you'd nearly hope they don't either, because moments like this are just too exciting. They help make extraction shooters compelling.
Most responses to the clip, reposted by Arc Raiders Now on Twitter from a player known as RedRiser, summarize the same feelings. "Instant karma never looked better," says one person. "Poetry in motion," another adds.
It is truly a glorious clip, and the kind of thing that makes you want to jump into Arc Raiders. I wouldn't recommend camping if you do, though - just setting yourself up to be comic relief, really.
